For too long Virginia voters have been disenfranchised and we have an opportunity to stop this practice by revising a simple form. Eligible voters should be allowed to vote and the simple failure to check a box on a form ought never to take that critical right away. There is a fear of voter fraud in the country when the reality is non-existent. Let people vote.
