It is clear that the attempt by the Governor and the Board of Election to change the form is an attempt to circumvent the Virginia Constitution and the law to make it easier for non-eligible voters to be able to vote, in a cynical ploy to help the Democratic Party.  I have served as an Election Official in Albemarle County for many years, and I have seen deliberate attempts by non-citizens to vote.  I have, indeed, prevented this from happening in one case, through an official challenge to a voter that I happened to know to be a non-citizen that was upheld.  But I am sure there are other cases slipping through about which we are unaware.  If you have any conscience, you will not succomb to the temptation to serve partisan interests rather than the interests of our beloved State of Virginia.  Know that the citizens are watching, and will blame you for any further degradation of our voting laws through this underhanded scheme.
