Mexican Voting Requirements are quite stringent and require a Mexican Government furnished picture ID. Americans must show a valid Government issued picture ID to buy a drink, borrow a book or enter a Government Facility, why not have one to cast a vote? The same folks complaining that it is too hard to get a picture ID, find their way to movies, stores, and all sorts of establishments. The DMV is all over, get a picture ID.
