The idea of changing voter registration laws in Virginia to not require status of citizenship, felony convictions or mental capacity is ludicrous.  The Governor is trying to change the Constitution of Virginia on his own and should not be allowed to do so.  Keep the requirements for proof of citizenship, any felony convictions and mental capacity as requirements for voter registration in Virginia..
