Please do not change the way voter applications are verified.  It is essential to the integrity of the voting process that all applicants submit a complete application and that they attest to their citizenship and felony conviction status.   

While you may be able to legally make this change, voter registration changes such as this should be enacted based on citizen request to their legislator.
