Do not change the form!  Everyone voting in Virginia needs to first prove that he/she is a U.S. citizen and a permanent, legal resident of the State.  Your proposed changes are contrary to the Code of Virginia and the Virginia Constitution which include significant safeguards against fraudulent registration.  Your proposal virtually eliminates any opportunity for prosecution of fraudulent applications.

Come clean with us -- why do you want to do this?  Be open and truthful about your agenda which is to allow anyone -- ANYONE -- to vote in Virginia.  Tell us what you hope to accomplish by giving Virginia away to illegal aliens.
