This proposed change is aiding and abetting voter fraud.  There are already many instances of voter fraud which are sometimes difficult to detect.  The proposed change will add to the problems we are currently aware.  New fraudulent votes will no event be detected....  PLEASE TURN DOWN THE CHANGE.
