The weaker the voter registration laws are, the more voter fraud happens. We have seen this happening more and more around the country with each election. Voting is a precious right of our American citizenship. It should not be given away to those who have not yet qualified for citizenship and this change would do just that. Keep the MANDATORY checkbox on the form.  Do not water down the process.
