Please restrict voting to people who are legal Virginia residents.  If I, who have lived in Virginia my whole life and paid taxes here for over 40 years, must show ID, I see no reason why others can't show ID too. And the proposed changes to the form mean that the thousands of illegal residents will be able to vote without lying about their status.  Voting is a right for law-abiding citizens, not felons and illegal residents.
