I respectfully request that the SBE leave the present requirements for voting alone. The present requirement that proposed registrants make a positive statement that he/she is a US. citizen, has not been convicted of a felony and has not  been determined to be legally incompetent.is essential.

Absent these requirements we can expect increased instances of fraudent voting.
