The Virginia Constitution has its requirements in place for a reason.  It's important to have Virginia Citizens (i.e. people who live here legally) vote on Virginia's future.   Why give non-citizens say in the direction of our commonwealth?  It makes no sense.   Respect our Virginia Constitution and the principles behind it.  Keep voting regulations intact -- only legal, Virginia residents with photo ID to vote.
