Like whining children who must be disciplined and learn the rules, those who want to alter our priveleges and rights must submit themselves to the rigors of applying for citizenship first. Anything less is a destructive abrogation of ouf Constitution which provieds us with Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
