Where is it written in either the US Constitution or the Virginia Constitution and body of Immigration Laws that anyone other than a citizen of the United States with appropriate documenttion is elligible to vote? A US citizen's sacred duty and obligation is the right to vote for those leaders to represent such a citizen..The United States is a country of immigrants who choose to be ruled by laws and by those who uphold them. Anything less is an abrogation of our nation/s greatest purposes: Life, Liberty and the right to happiness.
