Where is it written in either the US Constitution or the Virginia Cdonstitution and body of Immigration Laws that anyone other than a citizen of the United States with appropriate docutmenttion is elligible to vote?  A US citizne's sacred duty and obligation is the right to vote for those leaders to represent such a citizen..The
