This is the most egregious, proposed action ever to be commited by any Governor. I served under 12 Governors in the 47 years in state government and never encountered such a destructive act being proposed as this. This will effectively destroy any integrity in the electoral process in Virginia and the reputation of the Depart of Elections. Every worker in the electoral process will looked upon as liars and cheats, with no dignity left in doing their jobs! This is like the Federal government operating on executive orders rather abiding by the law! This is nothing but a clever effort to circumvent the law in the electoral process. This will make Governor McDonnell look like a SAINT in comparison!

I suppose the next step will be to allow those incarcerated to VOTE as well. Then we would not have to worry about felons.
