Does optional citizenship information serve any purpose other than voter fraud? Doesn't it violate the plain language of the state constitution? Wouldn't it also be expensive to redesign the registration forms?

Why is this even a proposal? Registering to vote isn't hard people...this is a solution in search of a problem.
