Eliminating the requirement to report felony convictions and citizenship are not the way to insure that voter fraud won't occur.  It will only PROMOTE voter fraud!  Please, do not approve the proposal by Governor McAuliffe to make this change.  It definitely is not in the best interests of Virginia or its citizens.  I firmly believe adoption of such a change would violate the constitution.
