Many DMV registrations are denied because of not marking the citizenship, felony or mental incapacity boxes requiring expenses for new forms, postage and data entry time.   The voter receives a filled in form at DMV except for these boxes and signature and date.  The simply signs dates and submits the form.  These boxes are not onthe national form and anyone who wants to avoid answering them can submit a national form and become registered.  Voter fraud in this case is one giant red herring.  Make the form simple
