It is neither discriminatory nor inhibiting to ask citizens to check boxes that verify they are legal residents, non-felons, and mentally sound.  It is extremely condescending to assume that asking persons to check these boxes somehow prohibits them from exercising their legal right to vote.  Do not allow these regulations to be changed.  It opens yet another door to making voter fraud easier.
