Please vote NO the the proposed changes in our voter registration process that would allow felons and non-citizens to vote in elections.  The legislature is the voice of the people of Virginia, and if there is to be a change, it should come through legislative action initiated by that body.  To make a change via the BOE would be divisive and would further diminish the ability of the governor and the legislature to have an open, honest and cooperative relationship.  Virginians deserve better.
