If this law passes, then VA voter applicants will not be required to state that they 1) are a US citizen, 2) are not a convicted felon, 3) have not been not been previously adjudicated to be mentally incapacitated.  Why would a state that is supposed to care for the welfare of their citizens put the majority of citizens at risk for safety and .protection by allowing such risky, unsafe changes.  Why would a registering citizen not be willing to provide the inforamtion?? We citizens expect our law makers to make laws that protect our homes, families, children, neighbors, businesses and highways.  We do not need these changes to our laws!!!
