I have seen no compelling reason why people who are registering to vote should not specifically affirm that they are citizens and that they are not felons.  Failure to maintain these specific requirements makes enforcement of Virginia Code almost impossible to enforce.  The new form for whatever else it is, is a bad idea because it disenfranchises those of us who are citizens and are not felons.
