Do not change the existing voter registrtion form!  Anyone not legally eligible to vote should not be allowed to vote.  In addition, additional voter ID laws need to be in place to help identify those not legally eligible to vote.  Anyone not in the United States legally should not be allowed to vote in any election in Virginia!
