Laws are in place to keep certian people from voting if they are not supposed to...to change the law or rules to make it eaiser for fraud is not a good thing..  If our elections are not honest, who will trust the government.   the purpose of laws and rules is to make it harder for someone to rig a election or stuff a ballot box with votes that are not supposed to be counted.  I would hope that stiffer rules would be put in place to prevent this from happening.
