I strongly oppose changes, "allowing people registering to vote to skip several questions on the application, including those asking whether those registering are U.S. citizens or felons whose voting rights have not been restored."  I urge the board to reject this proposal that would only serve to further undermine the integrity of the vote!  There is no evident benefit; this proposal solves no problem and would predictably result in ineligible persons fraudulently voting without recourse.
