What Gov. McCauliffe proposes is against the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The reason he proposes this administratively is because he could not pass this if the legislature were in session. He does not appear to be particularly interested in the welfar of  state or of its residents, he wants merely to serve his masters, namely Bill and Hillary Clinton.  He can do this by insuring that peopel who are ineligible to vote are able to vote in our "swing" stage. This is our Governor being a minion to to one of the biggest, dirtiest, politial cartels of our time -- the Clinton machine. President Barrack Obama has made unlawful behavior fairly routine and unpunishable, and unremarkable. So now this sleaze has entered our wonderful Commonwealth. What a pity.
