Against voter registration policy change - would lead to fraud

There is no reason to make the proposed voter registration policy change. It violates the Virginia Constitution and would result in fraud.

This proposal by the Board of Elections violates the Constitution of Virginia  Article II Section 1 (see: law.lis.virginia.gov/constitution/article2/section1)  and the Code of Virginia  Section 24.2-101 (see: law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title24.2/chapter1/section24.2-101/)

There is concern that this proposed change, if implemented, will undermine the integrity of elections in Virginia, a key state in 2016.

Please do NOT put in place this proposed new election policy.
