The proposal to allow not answering certain questions on the voter registration form is nothing short of outrageous!  It is an open invitation for scofflaws (felons, illegal aliens etc.) to bypass our election laws, and vote. When the photo ID requirement law was passed, the democrats howled that it was discriminatory to minorities due to the difficulty of getting a photo ID (an insulting statement about minorities' incapability to get a photo ID). They also said voter fraud was not a problem in Virginia!!! This proposed law is intended to create undetactable fraud. I vote NO and so will my Delegate.
