What, exactly, will the benefits of being an American citizen be if we continue down this road of giving handouts to people who have not yet gone through the legal process to become a citizen. I am glad they want to come to America. I am glad they still see this as a land of opportunity. But they should do what is necessary to become a citizen before benefiting from the freedoms America has to offer. I, as a citizen of this country have a right to vote. Someone here illegally should not. Please observe the constitutions of this commonwealth and country.
