Please do not pass the proposal for registrants to skip questions about citizenship and felony convictions.  This negates the work of those who have worked so hard to prevent voter fraud.  This certainly is not needed in the Commonwealth.  It is hard enough to get legitimate votes to go to the polls and take an interest in elections.  Why prom ote fraud?  This is a serious matter and is not to be rtaken lightly.
