Requiring propper id to vote is absolutely necessary, and discriminates against no one. Positive id is required to purchase liquor,cigarettes, lottery tickets,medications, to recieve a government issued ebt card,to get an obama phone,to recieve medicade and medicare services, to get a hunting,fishing,or driver's license,even to attend public schools. You cannot live in this country without a photo id.voting is a sacred right that should be kept honest and should be reserved for those who are American citizens voting in thier district once.
