WHY are you wanting to make it easier for fraud? WHAT are you thinking? It will improve voter participation? Let convicted felons get their voter rights back via usual channels using clemency/habeas corpus or whatever the means. And show proof. But those that are not Citizens should NOT have to tell us? Try that in Mexico or Canada or any other country. This is absurb!!!
