Only Virginia citizens vote in Virginia so we need to keep the question about citizenship on the voter application to prevent voter Fraud and provide the Attorney General proof of voter fraud for prosecution . Also keep the questions about convictions on the application for the same reasons .This administrative procedure is an attempt to bypass the Virginia Legislature and the laws of the State of Virginia .
