Like I said, this is a no brainer.  There is only one, save it be ONE REASON why you would want to vote this into law.  To cheat, because they can't win it ANY OTHER WAY!!  This shouldn't even have to be a discussion.  Just one more great scheme by Obama's henchmen.   Isn't there a special place in the earth for people like this????
