I disagree with the proposed change to the laws. It is very important that those who are eligible to vote (citizens) do vote and those who should not (non citizens, felons) not be encouraged to break the law.  Voting is part of my right and my responsibility as a citizen and it belongs to the citizens of this state and no one else.
