I don't see how the changes in the voter registration questionnaire can improve the voting system.  I think the changes would only allow more voter fraud by non-citizens and by felons and therefore dilute my vote.  The changes would make it even harder to prosecute people who vote fraudulently and open our state "banana republic" style of voting.  Those who want to vote and are citizens without felony conviction are not more enfranchised by these changes but less enfranchised because of the fraud that will occur.  Please do not make the changes to the voter registration questionnaire as proposed.
