Voting is a right that is and should be reserved for legal citizens.  And citizenship implies certain responsibilities to our state and country.  That's why the current Virginia voter registation form is written to include thoses items.  There is no legitimate reason why the wording needs to be changed on the current voter registration form.  Therefore I urge you not to follow thru with the proposed changes.
