I am strongly opposed to any effort  that would result in permitting non-citizens and felons to vote.  I further believe voter IDs should also be required.  Each recent election has been marred with increasing fraud.  It's time to limit voting to legal, law abiding citizens and insuring each citizen has only one vote.
