As a woman and a citizen of the Commonwealth of Virginia I want to express my support for abortion center regulations that help to ensure that women receive the best medical treatment possible should they choose to undergo an abortion. The reports of unsafe medical practices at abortion centers are appalling. Please do not remove these vital regulations that protect women in a critical moment of their lives. Ellen F. Judy
