If aboration centers exist to protect the life and health of women (as they say they do) then they should not have a problem with meeting the health standards required by the state.   At the very least aboration centers should want to insure that women are afforded the same health standards that apply to hospitals.  The terrible conditons really hurt women.  Thanks.
