In any healthcare location needs to have high standards to insure that there are no conditions like in the Hermit Gosnel case. So I appose lowering of the current lawful standards for political reasons. If people do not like the current lawful health standards, have them go through the process of passing a law in the General Assembly and then signed by the Governor, like was done for the current health standards to become law.
