The regulations need to be uphealed for the sake of women and their safety. The clinics have to be abide by health codes and be monitored for hygiene and for proper conditions under which they undergo the procedure. They have violated and abused the priority of the patients' wellbeing all too many times and gotten away easily with it. This has to stop. The killing of babies doesn't have to be accompanied by the ultimate abuse of the mother (her life, her health and her dignity). You must protect at least one of them if you refuse to protect both.
