Upholding these common sense regulations is a no brainer if you are truly concerned about the lives of women in the Commonwealth.  Over 300 demonstrated violations of the current standards show that abortion clinics put profits before women's health and safety.  Now mandatory inspections have revealed unsterilized needles, blood-splattered equipment, and violations of Virginia's mandatory child abuse reporting and parental consent laws.  There is absolutely no justification to repeal the current regulations.
