ANY place performing medical procedures must be required to meet healthcare standards required for emergencies. This includes building specs as well as admitting privileges nearby for doctors. We cannot give substandard care to women who feel they are in a desperate situation already and are willing to take any chance with their personal health. That, simply, would be taking advantage of someone in a vulnerable position. Vicki Drew
