Please revoke restrictions that have been placed on outpatient clinics that provide abortion services to women in Virginia. They are unnecessary for the health of the patients. The costs imposed by these regulations are burdensome. No other outpatient clinics, some of which perform far more invasive procedures, are not required to meet these regulations.

Women have a right, under the US Constitution, to receive abortion services. This should not be infringed by the beliefs of others or by unnecessary regulations of the state government.
