I am so happy this issue is being revisited.  I believe that it is between a woman, her conscious, her spouse, her god and her doctor to decide whether she needs an abortion or not.  Keeping the regulations as is will force women into the back alleys where it is unsafe.  Allowing the facilities to operate as they were before the McDonald administration is paramount to giving women a choice of good facilities that are not forced off the market in favor of back alley abortions.

Please change the regulations away from how they are current;y worded to a more realistic wording, but protect a woman's right to choose.
