Due to the widespread health an safety violations in Virginias abortion clinics, it is apparent that regulations are necessary to protect the health of women. Basic health and safety standards should be the norm in these clinics. Planned Parenthood has the resources to meet these standards and would choose to do so if womens health was their priority.
