These standards are vital to protecting the health and welfare of women. We simply cannot permit a situation similar to what occurred with Dr. Gosnell in PA to occur here in Virginia. Nor, can we allow a "war on women" to happen as would surly be the case if these health standards were relaxed or repealed. Robert Whearty
