abortion clinic regulations

There is no medical or saftey reasons for requiring abortion facilities to comply with the architectural requirements normally required of hospitals.  I am opposed to antiabortion supporters trying to utilize these regulations to block access to women who wish to obtain safe, legal abortions this text and enter your comments here. You are limited to approximately 3000 words.. Kindly remember this regulation was only possible after politicians threatened the medical board with holding them individually liable for any and all possible complications with abortion. Far too great a sacrifice to demand of these fine physicians who have spent their entire lives practing and promoting quality medical care.  Let's stop the bullying and hiding behind "safety" as a way for opponents to block legal abortion since they have not been able to force their views thru national legislation. I refer very few women for abortions but those who are referred are entitled to safe and quality care which is NOT enhanced by this onerous legislaton.  Can we please be honest and sensible?tc
