Consistency

Dear Sirs and Madams,

As I understand it independent boards like your own are created to protect the public and the public health from the whims of the political process.  From what I have read, it would seem that separattion has been voilated, and I am sorry for that.

Because the regulations targeting clinics providing outpatient abortion services were not equally applied to all outpatient facilities, such as colonoscopies and plastic surgeries, I was opposed to them.

Now I find that I must oppose them again because these were again inconsistently applied to health facilities in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

I, as a citizen, implore you to rectify this situation, regardless of whatever outside political force may threaten you.  It would seem there are two possible paths: go back to your original determineation to grandfather in these facilities, or scrap the meically unnecessary regulations of abortion providers altogether.  The latter is the preferred decision to ensure access to safe and effective and affordable health care for women as a public health concern,

Thank you for your consideration.
